As we expand our platform, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help us build the product and infrastructure layer that connects AI systems with real-world clinical users.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>About the Role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience building scalable, production-ready applications across web, mobile, cloud, edge, and AI-driven systems.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role, you will design and build the interfaces, services, and infrastructure that allow clinicians and surgical teams to interact with Uncovr’s AI systems. You will work across user-facing dashboards, backend services, cloud systems, and clinical integrations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-ownership role for someone who can build reliable software in complex environments and collaborate closely with AI researchers, product teams, and clinical stakeholders.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and build scalable full-stack applications that connect AI services with user-facing dashboards, control panels, and clinical workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build robust web and mobile application experiences, including workflows that connect mobile and web interfaces.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with AI researchers and engineers to transform prototypes into reliable, production-grade systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and microservices that support AI-powered product features.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Integrate Uncovr’s applications with clinical systems, including EHR environments such as Epic or similar platforms.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of production experience in full-stack engineering, software engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical role.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building modern frontend applications, ideally with React.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong backend engineering skills, including API design, databases, data modeling, and service architecture.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building scalable full-stack applications that connect complex backend systems with intuitive user-facing interfaces.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment
