Senior Solutions Engineer

Because it’s embedded in daily operations, our SaaS platform has immediate, real-world impact, on efficiency, margins, and how businesses run day to day.</p><h2><strong>Mission</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will deliver fast, reliable, API-driven integrations for our largest customers by translating business workflows into scalable, repeatable technical solutions. You will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to deliver best-in-class integration experiences that drive adoption and long-term success. This role is primarily customer-facing, with a strong focus on solution design and customer outcomes rather than traditional software development. You'll build integrations primarily with low-code tools, using light scripting where needed.</p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Independently design, build, and deliver complex, scalable, and secure integrations between Choco and customer systems using low-code tools (e.g. n8n and <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Tray.ai">Tray.ai</a>).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own complex and strategic integration projects end-to-end, from technical discovery and solution architecture to go-live, ensuring quality, scalability, and long-term reliability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales by leading technical discovery, proofs of concept, and integration scoping, advising on feasibility and solution design for complex customer requirements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a technical escalation point, troubleshooting critical integration issues, proactively identifying risks, and driving sustainable solutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams, providing technical guidance, documenting integration designs, and influencing product improvements based on customer needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentor junior Solutions Engineers, providing technical guidance, sharing expertise, and supporting their development through complex projects.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive continuous improvement of integration architecture, processes, and best practices to increase delivery efficiency, quality, and scalability globally.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Independently make technical and architectural decisions within complex projects, escalating only major strategic decisions requiring broader alignment.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, IT/ERP consulting, or systems integration.</p></li>
