Social & Follower - Product Manager

You'll own the Social &amp; Follower experience. Your users are followers &amp; travelers; think about features that help travelers share what they're experiencing and help followers stay close from a distance. You are responsible for the engagement mechanics; think about how to make followers feel involved, not just informed, turning a passive audience into a real homefront community.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">While innovating on this engagement, you will also be owning one of the most important <em>growth loops</em> of our business: the social viral loop. This is a role for someone who gets excited about optimizing the % in a growth loop and, in parallel, wants to grow product strategy skills on an important part of the travel experience while delivering a great experience to users.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>Your itinerary</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>What your journey at Polarsteps will look like day-to-day.</em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the Social &amp; Follower experience end-to-end, from sharing functionality and growth loops to follower engagement features, likes, comments, and trip interaction.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive growth for key metrics: MAU, sharing rates, and social engagement, setting the bar and holding yourself to it.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and run experiments to validate ideas fast.
