<h2>Your mission</h2> <p><strong>About L1VE</strong><br>L1VE is a growing media and technology company with offices in Berlin and New York. With immersive 14K/3D/360° streaming technology and innovative live formats, we are changing the way people experience sports, music and entertainment. </p> <h2>Your Role</h2> <p>You are the voice of L1VE online. You build our social media from the ground up, take full ownership of it and work closely with our Content & Experience team. You report to the Head of Marketing & Sales. As the function grows, you can build your own team. You will work remote within Europe or the USA, or on-site in Berlin or New York </p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Own all L1VE social media channels (Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X; YouTube optional), incl. strategy, tone of voice and content calendar</li> <li>Build and lead our own subreddit, our main place for talking with the community</li> <li>Create platform-native short-form video (TikTok, Reels) that shows what it feels like to be there live with a VR headset, incl. ideas, scripts, editing and trend monitoring</li> <li>Create content hands-on together with our content team</li> <li>Manage community engagement across all channels, fast and in the L1VE voice</li> <li>Create real-time content around our live events, optionally on site</li> <li>Brief and manage freelancers, agencies, creators and on-site event partners, incl. quality control</li> <li>Report on reach, engagement, follower growth and traffic, and feed learnings straight into the next content</li> <li>Attend selected live events, including occasional international trips</li> </ul> <h2>Your profile</h2> <h2>Must-have</h2> <ul> <li>3–5 years of social media management experience for a brand, publisher, sports club, league or agency</li> <li>A portfolio of your own posts, videos or campaigns with proven results</li> <li>Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram: formats, algorithms, trends and internet culture</li> <li>Experience with Reddit and its communities</li> <li>Hands-on short-form video skills: concept, shooting and editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere)</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English (German is a plus)</li> <li>Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mentality: you build things from scratch and see them through</li> </ul> <h2>Nice-to-have</h2> <ul> <li>Experience working with freelancers or agencies</li> <li>Practical experience with AI tools, ideally with concrete use cases</li> <li>Data-driven approach using platform analytics</li> <li>Interest in sports, entertainment and immersive technology</li> </ul> <h2>Why us?</h2> <ul> <li>You work with live content from international sports and entertainment events that you won't find anywhere else.</li> <li>You get plenty of creative freedom, short decision paths and flexible hours.</li> </ul> <h2>Interested?</h2> <p>Send us your CV, links to two or three posts or videos you're proud of, your day rate, and a few sentences on why you're a great fit for L1VE.<br>L1VE is committed to equal opportunities.
