As our Social Media Manager, you won’t just manage an inbox; you will own the strategic distribution of Joko’s voice across the digital landscape.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will bridge the gap between creative production and algorithmic performance. Using a data-first approach and cutting-edge AI tools, you will ensure that every piece of content we produce achieves maximum reach and resonates with our target audience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You report to Luisa our Head of Brand & Communications will work closely with the whole Marketing team to translate insights, trends, and performance signals into a high-performing social media strategy.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build and execute Joko’s social media growth and distribution strategy:</strong> You’ll design and run a multi-channel strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to maximize reach, engagement, and positive brand sentiment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Master platform algorithms and distribution mechanics:</strong> You’ll continuously test formats, hooks, posting cadence, and platform-native features to improve organic reach and ensure every piece of content performs at its highest potential.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Implement AI-powered community operations: </strong
