You’ll be part of the day-to-day life of the team, with the support and room to learn what a first role in software deserves.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Pair with engineers, get your code reviewed (and review theirs), and take part in standups, planning and retros.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Work on the same things as everyone else, using the same tools, including AI tools like Claude.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Spend every Friday afternoon (10% of your time) on learning, whether that’s lightning talks, a community of practice or building something of your own.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Last year’s interns merged code in their first week, shipped a feature customers had been asking for, fixed a customer support issue, ran team standups and retros, gave a talk to the wider company, and learned C# and .NET on the
