This is a unique opportunity to operate with the agility of a startup, while leveraging Snyk’s extensive infrastructure, customer reach, and industry insights.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Staff Incubation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of technical innovation, tackling complex engineering challenges to develop a new product. This role demands full-stack development expertise, a strong grasp of system architecture for AI applications, and end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to large-scale deployment. You will operate in a lean, agile environment, iterating rapidly on solutions to achieve product-market fit.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Full-Stack Product Development:</strong> Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions from scratch, covering both frontend and backend components.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>System Architecture & Design:</strong> Architect flexible, scalable, and secure systems, ensuring robust, maintainable, and high-quality codebases.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Rapid Prototyping & Iteration:</strong> Build rapid prototypes to validate ideas, iterate on feedback, and pivot quickly to achieve the best product-market fit.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>AI Agent Development:</strong> Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and autonomous systems, focusing on their integration into new product offerings.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Performance Optimization:</strong> Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, low latency, and efficient resource utilization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cloud-Native Deployment:</strong> Design and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging modern infrastructure, including containerization and microservices architecture.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Agile Development & CI/CD:</strong> Operate within a lean, agile environment, utilizing continuous integration and delivery pipelines to accelerate development cycles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>
