Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>Role</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">SILs are Voodoo's internal consulting team, reporting to the Chief of Staff. You are dropped into the company's most important operational problems with a simple mandate: fix them. You work hands-on with leaders across gaming, apps, growth, and central functions — with the access of an insider and the toolkit of a top consultant.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>What you will do</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Improve internal processes</strong> — diagnose broken or slow processes, redesign them, and implement the fix (not just recommend it).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Help leaders improve their operations</strong> — embed with studio, publishing, or functional leaders to raise the performance of their teams: KPIs, organization, tooling, ways of working.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Run tactical projects</strong> — scoped 4–12 week projects: market analysis, cost reviews, post-mortems, integration work, tooling rollouts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Fix internal issues of many types</strong> — ambiguous, cross-team problems nobody owns; you own them until they're solved.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>What we're looking for</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3–6 years at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Kearney, Advancy, EY-Parthenon), in M&A/transaction services, or in a high-performing BizOps/strategy team of a scale-up.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Structured problem-solver with strong analytics (advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL a strong plus).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Doer mentality: implements solutions, works autonomously, handles several workstreams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong interpersonal skills — able to win the trust of leaders quickly without formal authority.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Top academic background (business or engineering). </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent English (French is a plus).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Passion for games/consumer apps a plus.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>What we offer</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Consultant-style variety with operator-style impact — and no travel or sales.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Direct exposure to Voodoo's leadership; fast track to operational leadership roles internally.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Competitive package. </p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"
