This is a high-bar role requiring extreme ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges in a fully remote, high-agency, async-first environment where speed and quality are the standard.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Main differentiators between this role and any other Sourcer role on the market:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Managing uncertainty</strong>: Payward is at the forefront of the innovation spectrum. As such, you can expect to tackle roles that you have never heard about, with no prior experience, data or track record</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Subject matter expertise: </strong>We are building one interoperable stack connecting crypto, tokenized assets, and traditional markets.
