Someone to spot opportunities with me, challenge them, build them, and turn the strongest into businesses.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>What we’re getting into</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’ll explore customer problems within our network, select two propositions, and work towards product–market fit.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You bring the technical depth and the urge to make things happen. We figure out the business together.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Global ambition, a European base, and an eye on what we can learn from US speed, Chinese coordination, and Europe’s collective strengths.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>You’ll probably enjoy this if…</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You think about the customer before the stack.</strong> Who has this problem? How painful is it? Will they pay? Then: how do we solve it?</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You’re already building.</strong> Show us something people use and tell us what you personally made happen.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You use AI throughout your work.</strong> Our ambition is to spend 80% of our time on creativity, strategy, people, and delivery, with AI handling as much of the rest as possible.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You ship, learn, and ship again.</strong> A customer using an imperfect solution teaches us something. Another month of polishing assumptions doesn’t.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You can own the difficult bits.</strong> Infrastructure, security, data quality, permissions, reliability. AI can help; the judgment is yours.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You don’t wait for a backlog.</strong> You can talk to a customer, identify the problem, and decide what to try next.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You stay with the outcome.</strong> When something breaks or a customer gets stuck, you help get it sorted. You care what happens after deployment.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">You should be comfortable moving between a customer conversation, a product decision, and a production issue.
