Working within an Agile engineering team and partnering closely with our Tech Lead/Architect, you will act as the essential link between our customer-facing Product Managers and the development team.</p> <p>While the Tech Lead drives architectural decisions and manages the engineers, you will take full ownership of the team's backlog, feature planning, and post-deployment success.</p> <p>Because our current technical leadership leans heavily into complex systems architecture, we are looking for a proactive, communicative leader to champion Agile processes and cross-team relationships.</p> <p>This role is perfect for a product-minded technical expert who enjoys being hands-on—regularly contributing to code and prototypes—while ensuring seamless delivery and alignment across the organization.</p> </div><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><div> <li> <p><strong>Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery and product health</strong>, managing pre-release planning, priorities, and timelines, as well as post-release success, including deployment coordination, feature activation, and production monitoring.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Act as the definitive technical bridge between non-technical stakeholders and developers</strong>, actively participating in and contributing to Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review) to ensure continuous alignment, clear communication, and team momentum.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Partner closely with strategic Product Managers</strong> to understand business roadmaps, translating high-level business goals into well-defined epics and user stories.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Own, prioritize, and maintain the sprint backlog</strong>, partnering with the PMs, Tech Lead and Infrastructure teams to balance new feature delivery against technical debt, optimizations, and scalability.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams</strong> (Support, Customer Success, Expert Services) to field product inquiries, triage and investigate production bugs, and gather operational feedback to continually improve the product.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Contribute hands-on to code and technical initiatives</strong>, rolling up your sleeves to build prototypes, develop proof-of-concepts, and assist in technical investigations across our polyglot stack (spanning diverse frontend and backend environments).</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Collaborate closely with the QA team</strong> to define robust Acc
