That’s where you come in! </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Join us as a <strong>Technical Program Manager</strong> in our new Project Management Office (PMO), reporting to the PMO Lead. You will own day-to-day program management for one to two development programs, keeping schedules, responsibilities and risks visible across development and production departments. Working in a highly technical, fast-moving environment, you will build the habits and practice of program discipline that the whole company will adopt as the PMO scales.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Ownership and responsibility</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own top level execution and delivery of assigned programs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with project and discipline leads on cross-department programs to ensure execution on schedule and within budget.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage the day-to-day execution of the assigned programs including handoffs across departments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the program-management activities for your assigned programs: schedule build, baselining, gate reviews, etc.</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Manage uncertainty and risk</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify risks and bottlenecks early</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Plan for potential failure modes and contingencies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Escalate risks and blockers to the relevant stakeholders promptly.</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Support growth and development of the team</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentor junior program managers in program execution and collaborative leadership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the PMO Lead in rolling out common language, product lifecycle, team rhythms for programs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support general program management training across the organization.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Leadership experience</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><l
