Test Technician
<p style="min-height:1.5em">Here at The Exploration Company, we are building spacecrafts for humanity.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are also developing different types of propulsion systems to power our future vehicles and missions. As a talented <strong>Test Technician</strong>, you will be responsible for supporting test activities across the various test benches.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities / Tasks:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In your capacity as a<strong> Test Technician</strong>, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help develop, prepare, assemble and commission mechanical and fluidic systems of the test benches.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support integration of instrumentation on the test benches.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the team in building a CAD model of the test benches.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be an active participant in the test benches' maintenance operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as an operator and monitor test bench systems during test campaigns</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be involved in test and maintenance procedure writing and execution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Handle cryogenic fluids (e.g., LN₂, LOX, CH₄), high-pressure gases, and hazardous operations following strict procedures.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to safety reviews, risk assessments, and operational readiness checks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support post-test operations, inspections, and hardware documentation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be involved in spare part management and procurement for the test benches.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, including design engineers, AIT engineers and technicians, suppliers, and test facility operators, throughout the full test campaign lifecycle</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>What we would love to see from you:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years experience in Mechanical & Fluidic systems assembly and operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous experience in the Aeronautic/Aerospace field, ideally in a test environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous experience with Cryogenic and High-pressure fluids with strong understanding of the risks/consequences involved.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous experience with CAD softwares (NX/Teamcenter or equivalent).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solution oriented mindset, rigorous, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working in outdoor or industrial environments and with PPE</p></li><
