Applications with a lower level of German will not be considered.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong><u>The Role</u></strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for a highly analytical, action-oriented, and entrepreneurial Website Growth &amp; CRO Manager to take ownership of our websites and help turn them into high-performing digital sales channels.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role, you will drive improvements across our websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels, combining data-driven experimentation with strong UX/UI intuition, compelling copy, and a deep understanding of customer behavior.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will take ownership of conversion rates, identify opportunities for growth, and turn insights into tangible improvements. You will also contribute to the development of a new product configurator, helping shape intuitive digital experiences that make it easier for customers to discover, customize, and purchase our products.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for someone who thinks analytically, moves quickly, and enjoys taking ideas from insight to execution. Early-career candidates with exceptional analytical ability, initiative, and potential are also encouraged to apply.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Website Product Ownership:</strong> Take ownership of existing websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels, continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and the customer journey.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):</strong> Design and implement A/B tests across entire pages and individual sections to improve conversion rates and generate measurable results.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>UX/UI &amp; Web Experience:</strong> Create intuitive, visually compelling, and high-converting web experiences in collaboration with designers and AI tools.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Copywriting &amp; Messaging:</strong> Develop persuasive headlines, unique selling propositions (USPs), calls to action (CTAs), and website copy in German that clearly communicate the value proposition and encourage users to take action.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Growth Experiments &amp; User Research:</strong> Translate data and customer insights into actionable improvements.
