Business Development - Working Student (Dutch speaking)

If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a Business Development Working Student who will be an all-rounder, driving various topics to contribute to bunch's growth and learning by doing.<br /><br /><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will contribute to lead generation, sales, and customer support across the Netherlands and Germany.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will build and use AI tools to automate and streamline our processes, from fund research and outreach to CRM workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will support various projects, such as creating sales materials or conducting market and competitor research.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>What you should bring with you</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are a student or recent graduate and have demonstrated exceptional performance in the past, as shown by your extracurricular activities, work experience, or academic record.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proactive mindset with the ability to drive results independently, and a talent for keeping track of multiple tasks in parallel.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have gained first experience in top-tier consulting, venture capital, startups, or another fast-paced or relevant environment, and remain flexible in your approach to tasks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are curious about GenAI and eager to use it to work smarter. No coding background needed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good English and advanced Dutch language skills.
