Contact Centre Agent - Remote

<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>📍 Location - </strong>This role is remote, with quarterly paid travel to either our London or Sheffield office.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>A quick note on location:</strong> We have both hybrid and fully remote opportunities available! This fully remote opportunity is intended for those living further afield</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em><strong>Please note: Your first day will be in our London office (Aldgate East, E1), and all travel costs will be covered by us.</strong></em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">⏰ 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with very occasional Saturday working)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>💰 Salary - </strong>£26,600 (Year 1 OTE of £27,400) </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>📅 Start Date - Tuesday 24th November 2026</strong>.<br /><br /><em><strong>nb. Contact Centre experience is essential for this role.</strong></em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As part of our recruitment process, we use an AI assistant called Lily to carry out an initial phone call.
