We're a small, fast-moving team building a product that's already live in hospitals — and we're scaling.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Until now, the Operations team has been handling everything: client onboarding, customer success, internal process building, and analytics. We're growing fast, and we need someone who can take full ownership of a client portfolio and help us structure our ops for the next stage.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your mission</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As our new Ops, you'll work hand in hand with Clémentine (Operations Manager) to deliver a best-in-class experience to our hospital clients and internal coders — from day one of onboarding to long-term success. You'll also contribute to building the operational backbone that lets Parallel scale without losing quality.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Concretely, you will :</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the onboarding and follow-up of a portfolio of 30+ clients (hospitals and internal coders), ensuring smooth adoption and top-tier support</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain scalable CS processes, tools and routines to monitor client satisfaction and usage</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leverage data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across client workflows and internal coding operations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as the key link between clients and our Product & Tech teams — translating field insights into actionable priorities</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Outcomes</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">At 6 months, you will have :</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Independently managed a portfolio of clients end-to-end, with no escalation needed for standard situations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deployed and t
