Engineering Lead – Connectivity Domain

Are you a servant leader who leads through influence rather than authority? Then you could be the Engineering Lead we're looking for.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="___1et8vw6 f18zxyen f1mevb6">As Engineering Lead, you'll lead and coach <strong>three back-office engineering teams in our connectivity domain</strong>. Each team has about three developers, plus outsourced developers. You'll make sure the teams deliver predictably and to a high technical standard, that people keep growing, and that the work stays aligned with product goals.
