The role covers a broad range of topics - from investigating operational issues and supporting complex cases to understanding how processes, systems and data fit together.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning how things work and finding better ways of working. We are looking for curiosity, sound judgment and the motivation to develop.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute and monitor essential daily and event-driven Trading Operations processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help manage the instruments available to customers in collaboration with Trading and Corporate Actions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Investigate operational discrepancies and identify their underlying causes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the development of reliable, efficient and scalable operational processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use data and appropriate digital tools to analyse issues and improve recurring activities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with Product, Customer Service, Trading and Development teams to resolve problems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and maintain clear procedures and operational controls.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop the knowledge required to support complex instrument and trading-related queries.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to team projects and wider operational improvements.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you need to have</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Currently completing or recently completed an undergraduate degree.
