Тoday, we serve over 7 million clients, with more than €38 billion in assets under management - a testament to the scale and trust we’ve built in just a few years.<br /><br /></p><h2><strong>The role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trading Operations Analyst to join our team and help build and maintain robust processes whilst ensuring operational activities run smoothly and deliver a seamless customer experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute operational processes across all stages of the trade lifecycle.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify, investigate and troubleshoot discrepancies in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline operational processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage broker and custodian enquiries efficiently and professionally.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control frameworks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop expertise to become an internal subject matter expert for complex trading operations queries.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to business development projects under the guidance of senior team members.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2><strong>What you need to have</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Recently completed an undergraduate degree.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An appetite for AI tools and automation where you'd rather build a smarter process than repeat the same task twice.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A passion for continuous improvement where you're never quite satisfied with “good enough” when there's a smarter way forward.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A creative and methodical approach to problem-solving, with a talent for cutting through complexity to find the most effective path forward.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical and organisational skills, paired with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a straightforward and engaging way.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Someone who takes initiative but also values the benefits of collaboration within a team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and follow through without needing to be chased.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Nice to have</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em">
