You’ll take your operational experience further - learning how a fast-moving fintech runs its post-trade infrastructure, contributing to how it runs and developing the expertise to improve it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Gain in-depth knowledge of daily processes across the trade lifecycle - not just execute them, but actively improve them where necessary.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a subject matter point of contact within the Trading Operations domain.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Investigate and resolve discrepancies with a structured, analytical approach, and document your findings in a way that prevents recurrence.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write and maintain SOPs and control documentation to a high standard.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Engage directly with brokers, custodians, and internal teams across the firm, representing Trading Operations with confidence and clarity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support senior team members on firm wide developments and strategic projects.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you need to have</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1–3 years of experience in trading operations, settlements, or a closely related post-trade function.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An undergraduate degree.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in trade/position reconciliations and break resolutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A track record of not just completing tasks but questioning and improving the processes behind them.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical skills with the ability to cut through complexity and communicate conclusions clearly to both operational and non-operational audiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An appetite for automation and tooling; you'd rather build a smarter process than repeat the same manual task indefinitely.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Confidence to engage cross-functionally and challenge existing approaches constructively.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Nice to have</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Knowledge of settlement flows across multiple markets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity
