You will work closely with the internal team to support onboarding, troubleshooting, and general IT administration.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical interest in IT, strong problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset.</p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>IT Support & Troubleshooting</h3><ul><li><p>Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, peripherals, and basic network issues.</p></li><li><p>Assist employees with Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.</p></li><li><p>Escalate complex technical issues to external IT providers or senior IT personnel when necessary.</p></li></ul><h3>Hardware & Equipment Management</h3><ul><li><p>Order, prepare and configure laptops and workstations for new employees.</p></li><li><p>Install and update software, operating systems, and security tools.</p></li><li><p>Manage IT equipment inventory, including laptops, monitors, accessories, and peripherals.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements, and technical maintenance.</p></li></ul><h3>Employee Onboarding & Offboarding</h3><ul><li><p>Support the technical onboarding of new employees, including device preparation, account setup, and access configuration.</p></li><li><p>Assist with account deactivation and equipment collection during offboarding.</p></li><li><p>Ensure employees have the necessary IT equipment and access to perform their roles.</p></li></ul><h3>IT Administration & Security</h3><ul><li><p>Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Support basic IT security practices, including software updates, antivirus, and device compliance.</p></li><li><p>Assist with user access management and password-related issues.</p></li><li><p>Help maintain an organised and efficient IT environment.</p></li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Previous experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Basic know
