<p><strong>Role:</strong> Operating Model Consultant (Adobe Transformation) - Contract Role</p><p><strong>Seniority:</strong> Consultant - Senior Manager</p><p><strong>Day rate:</strong> £300-£475 inside IR35</p><p><strong>Project duration(s):</strong> 3 months, starting asap</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid in London</p><p>We're looking for an experienced Operating Model Consultant to support the next phase of a major Adobe transformation programme within a large retail organisation. You'll help design and embed the target operating model, aligning processes, roles and capabilities to support new ways of working.</p><p><strong>If you are already in the community, feel free to quickly apply here or reach out to your Blackbook contact.</strong></p><h2>Tasks</h2><ul><li><p>Design the target operating model, defining organisational structures, roles, responsibilities and ways of working</p></li><li><p>Review existing operating models and identify changes required to support redesigned processes and Adobe capabilities</p></li><li><p>Develop operating model principles and governance frameworks to support AI-assisted workflows and future transformation initiatives</p></li><li><p>Work with business stakeholders to embed the operating model and support adoption of new capabilities</p></li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li><p><strong>An independent consultant</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong experience designing and implementing target operating models within large, complex organisations</p></li><li><p>Good experience supporting digital transformation programmes, ideally involving Adobe or customer experience technologies</p></li><li><p>Understanding of AI-enabled processes, automation or emerging digital capabilities would be advantageous</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
