In this role, you will support the team in ensuring seamless delivery of day-to-day BAU tasks.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Timely processing and reconciliation of all inbound and outbound payments and treasury processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitoring customer payments and all related transactions to support smooth and reliable cash flows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Preparing cash &amp; securities reconciliation reports</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Investigating and resolving any discrepancies between internal cash records and external statements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proper monitoring of the operations bank accounts ensuring that balances are supported at all times.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Providing support for customer queries, audit processes, and ensuring smooth communication with banking partners</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you bring:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong investigative and analytical skills; ability to identify errors</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent in English - both written and verbal.
