Today, the group employs over 180 people across France, the UK, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal and Canada, and deploys its solutions at around 1.000 major events each year.</p><p>Weezevent is looking for a <strong>Product Owner Finance</strong> (M/F based in Clichy).</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Product Vision and Strategy</strong>:<strong> </strong>execute the overall vision and strategy for financial products (from ticketing sells to cashless payments, financial reporting, fiscal reporting, and accounting), ensuring alignment with business goals, country regulations and market demands.</p><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong>:<strong> </strong>act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (finance, compliance, sales, marketing) and the development team to gather requirements and prioritize features. </p><p><strong>Product Backlog Management</strong>: create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory requirements.</p><p><strong>Development and Delivery</strong>: work closely with the development team during sprints to ensure the product is being built according to specifications and timelines. </p><p><strong>Market and User Research</strong>:<strong> </strong>analyze user data and metrics to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement, particularly in payments technology.</p><p><strong>Compliance and Risk Management</strong>: ensure that financial products comply with relevant country/tax/fiscal regulations, standards, and best practices, including GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other industry-specific requirements.</p><p><strong>Performance Monitoring</strong>:<strong> </strong>monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, using data and analytics to track key performance indicators. </p><p></p><p><strong>Why it's a good move ?</strong><br>You will be responsible for executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance functionalities, infrastructure and operational capabilities related to all our products.
