Recruiting & HR Operations Manager
<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful Recruiting & HR Operations Manager to help us attract, hire, and support exceptional talent as we grow. This role will primarily focus on full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver an efficient, high-quality candidate experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">While recruiting will be the priority, this role will support onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and day-to-day HR operations for our Swiss-based team when time allows. Reporting to the Fractional HR leader based in the US, you will help build scalable, consistent people practices while providing responsive support to employees and managers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys quick execution to make an impact, owning the details, building relationships, and balancing multiple priorities in a growing organization.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>Talent Acquisition</u></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing candidates.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and establish clear selection criteria.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other creative channels.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate interview processes, ensuring timely communication, structured evaluations, and a positive candidate experience.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage offer processes, including compensation coordination, offer approvals, and preparation of employment contracts in partnership with HR and leadership.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other key indicators to identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the development of consistent recruiting practices across locations while accounting for local market expectations.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><u>HR Operations</u></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate preboarding and onboarding activities, in
