<p style="min-height:1.5em">ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">LILT is building speech and language datasets for AI in five languages: Balochi, Guarani, Luxembourgish, Turkmen and Uyghur. We are looking for Community Leads who are active in these language communities to help connect speakers with paid recording and transcription work.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">A Community Lead is someone the community already knows and trusts. You might run a cultural society or academy, teach the language, edit a publication, host a radio show, or manage an online group.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">WHAT YOU'LL DO</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Share LILT opportunities with speakers in your community</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Refer speakers through the Community Lead referral form</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Be our point of contact for questions from your community</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Take on paid recording or transcription work yourself, if you want to (optional)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">HOW YOU EARN</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - A referral bonus for each speaker you refer who completes approved work</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - A growth bonus once 10 of your referrals are active</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Full payment details are in the Community Lead agreement you receive once approved</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Fluent speaker of Balochi, Guarani, Luxembourgish, Turkmen or Uyghur</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - A recognized role in your language community, such as society or academy head, teacher, editor, radio host or group admin</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Good working English to communicate with our team</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Comfortable sharing posts and answering questions from people in your community</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">HOW IT WORKS</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Community Lead is by invitation. After you apply:</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">1 - We review your application</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">2 - You have a short call with our Talent team, including a check of your role or organization</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">3 - You sign the Community Lead agreement</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">4 - You start referring speakers through the Community Lead form</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">WHAT TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - This is an independent contractor role paid on results. Payments depend on approved work by the speakers you refer. There are no benefits and earnings are not guaranteed.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Please tell us about your role. If you work for a government or public institution, follow your employer's rules on outside paid work.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Everyone you refer must be 18 or older.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Participation is voluntary. We do not publish a list of Community Leads.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> - Geographic restrictions may apply. We cannot engage contractors in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions.
