Test Automation Engineer

<p></p><p>We currently have a vacancy for a <strong>Test Automation Engineer </strong>fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert<strong> remotely (within EU)</strong>. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.</p><p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Define test automation approaches and patterns fit for products in scope (UI, backend and data driven);</li><li>Create test automation frameworks, patterns which support are reliable, provide fast feedback and easy to maintain test suites;</li><li>Create and review test cases and test automation suites to efficiently increase test coverage;</li><li>Mentor test engineers in understanding and applying test automation frameworks, patterns when creating automated tests; </li><li>Drive proof of concepts and adoption of test automation frameworks and patterns.<br> </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of at least 5 years;</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in testing automation patterns and frameworks (UI, backend and data driven); </li><li>Experience (Java, Java/TypeScript, python preferred) and common automation tools like Tosca, Playwright, Selenium and Appium;</li><li>Experience in test automation framework creation and maintenance;</li><li>Experience in test automation suite creation and maintenance;</li><li>Experience in embedding automated test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines and leveraging the results as quality and promotion gates;</li><li>Experience in integration of test automation suite results into test management tools; </li><li>Experience in complex, enterprise system integration; </li><li>Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies;&nbsp; </li><li>Excellent command of the English language.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>If you are seeking a career in an exciting and dynamic company, where you will offer your services as part of a team of a major European Institution, operating in an international, multilingual and multicultural environment where you can expect real chances to make a difference, please send us your detailed CV in English, quoting reference: <strong>(ST/TAE/10/2026).</strong></p><p>We offer a competitive remuneration (either on contract basis or remuneration with full benefits package), based on qualifications and experience.
