As a Revenue Operations Engineer at vCluster Labs, you aren't just keeping the CRM tidy; you are building the automated engine that tells our sellers which accounts matter and why. You will design Clay pipelines, enrichment workflows, and AI agents that surface the right accounts to sales and SDRs, and you will make sure they keep working long after launch. You own the GTM stack for our EMEA team, from Salesforce workflows to the integrations that tie HubSpot, Notion, and Slack together.

As a Revenue Operations Engineer, your role will include:

Account intelligence and enrichment: You will build and extend Clay tables, enrichment, and discovery pipelines that find new accounts and surface the right ones to sales and SDRs. You will push the tool well past its current setup and get the full value out of it.

AI agents and automation: You will turn manual GTM workflows into automated ones using agents in Clay, Salesforce, and Claude. You build them to run end to end and stay useful, not to demo once and break a month later.

Data quality that stays clean: You will design repeatable processes that keep account and contact data accurate over time.
