How they find us is changing fast: Search is moving from blue links to AI generated answers and paid and organic increasingly shape each other. A missed opportunity here isn't just a lower ROAS number. It's someone staying connected with family abroad, a business trying to reach a supplier, or someone who urgently needs to reach a real phone number.<br><br>As our Senior Acquisition Marketeer, you won't own a channel. You'll own the outcome: Figuring out where Talk360's next valuable user is and the smartest way to reach them, across Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, app stores, AI search, and whatever comes next. Think investment manager for acquisition, not channel specialist.<br><br>Talk360 has been profitably growing since 2025. We're a lean team of around 30 people, with the majority of team working from the Amsterdam office. We're looking for someone genuinely channel agnostic: you don't wake up thinking about Google Ads or SEO; you wake up thinking about where the next valuable Talk360 user is.<br><br><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW185708883 BCX0"><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW185708883 BCX0" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Own the acquisition portfolio:</strong> Continuously evaluate and reallocate investment across paid channels (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok) and organic channels (SEO, ASO, content), based on where the next euro or hour of effort returns the most.</p></li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW185708883 BCX0"><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW185708883 BCX0" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Run segment-led acquisition:</strong> Adapt proposition, creative, keywords, landing pages, and app store presence for our three core segments, Calling Home, Calling for Work, and Calling When It Counts, and learn which segment performs best in which channel, market, and corridor.</p></li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW185708883 BCX0"><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW185708883 BCX0" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Connect acquisition to LTV:</strong> Track performance past the click or install, through registration, first purchase, calling behaviour, and retention, so decisions get made on CAC and LTV together, not platform ROAS alone.</p></li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW185708883 BCX0"><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW185708883 BCX0" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Build our AI discovery presence:</strong> Develop Talk360's approach to discovery as more of our future users start their search inside AI tools instead of Google.</p></li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW185708883 BCX0"><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW185708883 BCX0" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Run a continuous experimentation pipeline:</strong> Turn acquisition hypotheses (a new high-intent search category, a different proposition, an underserved corridor, a new distribution channel) into small, fast tests, and turn the results into investment decisions.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>The Team</strong></p><p class="Paragraph SCXW185708883 BCX0">You’ll join a lean Commercial team where acquisition, brand, product marketing, CRM, content and data work closely together. No big silos or layers of approval: You’
