<p>Job description :</p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Business Analyst</strong> to work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and technical teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery of features within an Agile/SAFe environment.</p><p>The role involves managing the product backlog, preparing and refining user stories, facilitating requirements workshops, supporting PI Planning and sprint execution, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse, as well as the ability to leverage AI tools to improve requirements gathering and business process analysis.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>Key responsibilities :</p><ul><li><p><strong>Requirements Gathering &amp; Analysis:</strong> Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and SMEs to gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements.</p></li><li><p><strong>Feature &amp; Backlog Management:</strong> Analyze upcoming roadmap features, identify business value, dependencies, risks, and gaps, and continuously refine the product backlog.</p></li><li><p><strong>User Stories &amp; Acceptance Criteria:</strong> Create and refine Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear scope, detailed acceptance criteria, dependencies, and relevant functional and non-functional requirements.</p></li><li><p><strong>Business Process Documentation:</strong> Prepare process flows (as-is/to-be), mockups, business rules, data mappings, impact assessments, and other supporting documentation as required.</p></li><li><p><strong>Microsoft Power Platform:</strong> Understand Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, access structures, data models, solution architecture, and inbound/outbound data flows.</p></li><li><p><strong>Agile &amp; SAFe Delivery:</strong> Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily meetings, system demos, and other Agile/SAFe ceremonies.</p></li><li><p><strong>PI Preparation:</strong> Support pre-PI planning activities, identify knowledge gaps and dependencies, prepare refinement materials, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure feature readiness.</p></li><li><p><strong>Definition of Ready &amp; Definition of Done:</strong> Ensure that User Stories meet the agreed Definition of Ready (DoR) before entering a sprint and contain the necessary information to support the Definition of Done (DoD).</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical &amp; Cross-Team Coordination:</strong> Collaborate with development leads, testers, Product Owners, and other teams to clarify technical feasibility, resolve dependencies, and maintain alignment on scope and responsibilities.</p></li><li><p><strong>User Acceptance Testing (UAT):</strong> Prepare UAT scenarios, use cases, and sample test data; coordinate end-user testing; collect and analyze feedback; and document decisions and follow-up backlog items.</p></li><li><p><strong>Delivery &amp; Release Support:</strong> Verify that delivered functionality meets business requirements, prepare sprint release notes, and ensure that documentation, user guidance, and training materials are updated.</p></li><li><p><strong>Documentation &amp; Traceability:</strong> Maintain centralized and accessible project documentatio
