Senior Business Transformation Advisor - Supporting Functions
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p><p>At Intersnack, we are driving business transformation across our international operations to create greater efficiency, transparency, and business value. <strong>As a Senior Finance Transformation Advisor</strong>, you will play a key role in <strong>Business Transformation department</strong>, shaping and delivering Finance and Controlling transformation initiatives across multiple countries and business units.</p><p>This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong Finance and Controlling expertise with hands-on ERP transformation experience. You have <strong>successfully contributed to ERP implementation programs such as Infor SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite, or similar platforms</strong> and understand how to translate business requirements into effective process and system solutions.</p><p class="Paragraph SCXW43038668 BCX8" style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>Your Role at Intersnack</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Finance & ERP Transformation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead Finance and Controlling workstreams within international transformation large programs/ projects.</p></li><li><p>Design and optimize end-to-end Finance processes aligned with ERP best practices.</p></li><li><p>Analyze current processes and understand future-state operating models.</p></li><li><p>Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system requirements.</p></li><li><p>Support ERP implementation, enhancements, and optimization projects across the Group.</p></li><li><p>Act as the bridge between Finance, Countries management Units, Business Transformation, IT, and external partners.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Project Leadership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage projects and sub-projects within larger transformation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries and Management units.</p></li><li><p>Challenge existing ways of working and promote process standardization.</p></li><li><p>Drive workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and business design activities.</p></li><li><p>Support testing, deployment, training, and hyper care activities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Business Partnership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Advise leadership on process improvements and transformation opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of transformation capabilities within the team.</p></li></ul> <br> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>6+ years</strong> of relevant experience in Finance & controlling Transformation, ERP Implementation, Business Consulting, or Process Excellence.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in <strong>ERP implementation or transformation project and Finance & Controlling processes.</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience working with <strong>Infor, SAP, Oracle or comparable ERP platforms and Jira(Atlassian tool).</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience collaborating with system integrators and implementation partners.</p></li><li><p>Strong exposure to international and multicultural bus
