Our engineers work on complex systems in high-tech environments, contributing to products that require precision, performance, and reliability.</p><p>To support the continued development of advanced RF and Test & Measurement solutions, we are looking for a highly skilled <strong>Senior C++ Firmware Engineer with expertise in Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), RF measurements, and instrument software development</strong>.</p><p>This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge measurement systems, extending instrument capabilities into the mmWave domain while collaborating with international engineering teams operating at the forefront of high-frequency technology.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#2f5496">The Role</span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">As a Senior C++ Firmware Engineer, you will take technical ownership of software subsystems within advanced Test & Measurement products. You will contribute to the integration of mmWave converter functionality, development of calibration-related features, firmware verification, and enhancement of VNA measurement capabilities up to 170 GHz.</p><p class="MsoNormal">You are comfortable working with large existing software architectures and can effectively analyze, modify, and extend complex instrument software while maintaining product quality and performance.</p><p class="MsoNormal">This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who combines strong C++ development capabilities with practical understanding of RF measurements, calibration concepts, and automated verification methodologies.</p><p class="MsoNormal">You will also leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency while maintaining full engineering ownership of the solution delivered.<br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#2f5496">Your Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li><p>Take technical ownership of firmware and software subsystems within advanced Test & Measurement products</p></li><li><p>Analyze and extend existing C++ software architectures and instrument software platforms</p></li><li><p>Develop and integrate new functionality for VNA and mmWave measurement systems</p></li><li><p>Implement calibration-related features and measurement workflows</p></li><li><p>Support integration of mmWave converters and high-frequency measurement capabilities</p></li><li><p>Design, implement, and maintain SCPI-controlled instrument functionality</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute automated verification and validation activities</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks</p></li><li><p>Perform debugging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization</p></li><li><p>Ensure software quality through unit, integration, and system testing</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with system architects, firmware engineers, hardware engineers, and customer-facing technical teams</p></li><li><p>Identify technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges at an early stage</p></li><li><p>Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices</p></li><li><p>Apply AI-assis
