Senior Legal Partner

<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">A German-qualified senior legal partner will help shape the growth of an AI-enabled legal services business. You will bring an established client practice to a technology-driven platform, continue advising clients, and help build a scalable model for recurring legal work.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help guide the firm's growth and contribute to its next stage of development.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Continue serving your existing clients while transitioning suitable recurring matters to an AI agent platform.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build market credibility and develop opportunities through your private equity, venture capital, and mid-market relationships.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities in commercial and compliance legal services.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with the founding team to improve workflows and automate repeatable legal work.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">12 to 20 or more years of German legal practice, with experience at partner level.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">German-qualified Volljurist and admitted Rechtsanwalt, with native-level German and professional English.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A personally held, portable book of business worth at least €1 million, supported by a diversified client network.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong relationships in private equity, venture capital, or the mid-market, with potential to support commercial and compliance work.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with recurring, automatable matters such as commercial contracts, IT and data, corporate and venture capital, or regulatory work.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or legal AI products, and a willingness to adapt legal workflows to automation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interest in an AI-enabled legal services model, meaningful equity participation, and a feasible transition of client work.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Base salary range: €200,000 to €300,000 annually. The role includes meaningful equity participation. Visa sponsorship is not available.</p><h3>Location</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Based in Berlin, Germany.
