We are looking for a <strong>Berlin-based</strong> <strong>(Senior) Manager Business Development (all genders)</strong> to drive our most critical strategic initiatives with us. Working closely with the Lead Business Development and the CFO, you will play a central role in shaping and executing our company-wide growth strategy hands-on. If you excel at turning complex challenges into clear operational plans, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy leading cross-functional projects, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>Lead Strategic Projects (70%)</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead high-impact strategic projects</strong> across the business (incl. internationalization, marketing, operations, finance) to deliver our long-term strategy with your hands-on operational execution power<em> - leave your mark.</em></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Proactively identify strategic opportunities</strong> to grow the business, scope the project and execute your plan <em>- own the outcome.</em></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Mobilize teams across the organization</strong> to deliver your project objectives <em>- connect the dots.</em></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive Business Development Operations (30%)</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead operational activities to realize our long-term strategy </strong>(e.g. steering our quarterly OKR process)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Prepare board (incl. private equity), senior management and company-wide updates</strong> on business performance and strategic priorities for our town halls and trainings</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Support the yearly target setting </strong>and the financial performance tracking, in close collaboration with the CFO</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Your profile</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">About 2 years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting (ideally MBB) or another analytical, fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A highly motivated and collaborative mindset, with the ability to take ownership and move ideas forward</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of bringing structure to complex and ambiguous topics and independently drive strategic initiatives from analysis to execution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong interest in the health, wellness, and nutrition space; previous experience in DTC, consumer goods, or e-commerce is a plus</p><
