Over the past 18 months we’ve signed enterprise customers like Canva, Instacart, UiPath and Indeed. We’ve also rebuilt our product around a new reality: support teams now run on a mix of human agents and AI agents, and someone has to check the quality of both. Kaizo is the independent Agentic QA layer for that hybrid workforce. We work across helpdesks and Customer Service platforms, and we don’t build AI agents of our own, so we have no reason to mark our own homework.<br></p><p>The problem is that the market doesn’t know this yet. We’re the customer service industry’s best-kept secret.</p><ul><li><p>The website architecture has just been rebuilt, but the content is outdated and doesn’t tell today’s story.</p></li><li><p>We have strong enterprise customer stories that nobody has written up.</p></li><li><p>Inbound is no longer enough. AI search has changed how buyers find vendors, so pipeline now has to come from outbound, partners, events and reputation.</p></li><li><p>We’re going to the field and starting to attend international events.</p></li><li><p>Sales doesn’t have all the decks, battlecards and collateral it needs.</p></li><li><p>Outbound has started, and it needs content behind it.</p></li></ul><p><strong><br>That’s where you come in.<br></strong></p><p><strong>What this role really is<br></strong></p><p>We need a senior marketer who wants to build from scratch, and who sees a blank page as an opportunity, not a threat. You’ll be the one who:</p><ul><li><p>Brings the <strong>website</strong> to life so it reflects who we are today and gets found, by people and by AI search.</p></li><li><p>Turns our enterprise wins into <strong>case studies and references</strong> that open new doors.</p></li><li><p>Owns our <strong>review and analyst presence</strong>: a proper G2 strategy, competitor and comparison pages that convert, and support for analyst relations.</p></li><li><p>Gives Sales and CS the <strong>content, one-pagers, battlecards and decks</strong> that win deals and renewals.</p></li><li><p>Starts <strong>product marketing</strong>: positioning, launches, and clear messaging on AutoQA, Agentic QA, Insights and AI Coaching for customers and prospects.</p></li><li><p>Builds our brand through <strong>thought leadership</strong>, PR and executive content on the future of CX quality in an AI-agent world.</p></li><li><p>Owns our <strong>social channels and online reputation</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Defines and runs a <strong>field marketing</strong> plan, so Kaizo shows up at the international events that matter to our enterprise ICP.</p></li><li><p>Works with Sales on outbound and <strong>partner campaigns</strong>, including our helpdesk and Customer Service ecosystem partners.</p></li></ul><p>You won’t inherit a polished machine.
