This is a senior individual contributor role focused on leading design from problem framing through delivery, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the Airalo Product Design Guild - our community for craft, critique, design systems, research-led decision-making, accessibility, experimentation, AI, and continuous learning.</div><br><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong><br><div> <li>Lead end-to-end product design for Airalo’s consumer mobile and web experiences, from discovery through delivery.</li> <li>Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, Growth, and other designers to translate customer needs, insights, and strategy into high-quality product improvements.</li> <li>Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, UX copy, and production-ready specifications.</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, critiques, ideation sessions, and stakeholder conversations that create alignment and momentum.</li> &l
