You will lead the selection, integration, and optimization of onboard sensors, including daylight cameras, thermal imagers, radar, and other targeting payloads, ensuring reliable target detection, tracking, and engagement.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h3><span style="color:#121317">Your Roadmap to Make an Impact</span></h3><ol><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Lead </span></strong><span style="color:#121317">new EO/IR sensor designs in collaboration with hardware and systems engineering teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Evaluate and select EO, IR, radar, laser, and multi-sensor solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Develop </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">sensor fusion, </span></strong><span style="color:#121317">target detection, tracking, and classification </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">algorithms</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Specify sensor performance requirements, including range, field of view, stabilization, and SWaP constraints.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Drive integration of sensors into gimbals, payloads, and autonomy systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Conduct trade studies, system performance analyses, and supplier evaluations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Support in ground testing, validation, and flight trials.</span></p></li></ol> <br> <ol><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics, Mechatronics, or similar.</span></p></li><li>&
