Software Integration Engineer (C++/Linux)

You will work within an international engineering team to port software between platforms, implement architectural modifications, validate functionality, and ensure performance requirements are maintained.</p><p class="MsoNormal">This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys understanding large codebases, solving integration challenges, and improving software quality through structured validation and testing.</p><p class="MsoNormal">You will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with modern development practices, including the effective use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor AI.<br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#2f5496">Your Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li><p>Analyze and understand existing C++ software architectures and codebases</p></li><li><p>Execute software migration and platform porting activities on Linux-based environments</p></li><li><p>Implement software modifications, abstraction layers, and system integrations</p></li><li><p>Verify functional equivalence between existing and migrated software solutions</p></li><li><p>Develop, execute, and automate software validation and verification activities</p></li><li><p>Investigate and resolve integration, performance, and software quality issues</p></li><li><p>Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with firmware, software, and system engineers across multiple locations</p></li><li><p>Translate technical specifications into robust implementations and validated results</p></li><li><p>Identify technical risks and integration challenges early in the development cycle</p></li><li><p>Contribute to technical documentation and engineering knowledge sharing</p></li><li><p>Apply AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#2f5496"><br>What You Bring<br></span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#2f5496">Required Qualifications</span></strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field</p></li><li><p>Strong professional experience in C++ software development</p></li><li><p>Experience developing software for Linux environments</p></li><li><p>Proven ab
