Come help us build it !</p><h2><strong>Context</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is open to support an ambitious hiring goal: growing the team by 50%.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will join a team of three recruiters, alongside Léa, our Talent Lead, with whom you will work hand in hand. The priority of the role is hiring tech profiles: Senior Fullstack Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Engineers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Your missions</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Hire the best tech talent</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Gather hiring needs with Hiring Managers, co-build scorecards, then write and publish job offers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels, with a strong focus on headhunting (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assess candidates and run hiring processes end to end in Ashby, through to the offer.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every step.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Support Hiring Managers</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be their point of contact and help them define their team strategy through hiring.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Contribute to the recruiting team</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute, alongside Léa, to improving our hiring processes and our employer brand.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>You you are :</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid headhunting experience, especially on tech profiles, ideally gained in a SaaS company with a strong tech component.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">In-house recruiting experience is preferred.</p></li><li&g
