You're the person making sure we hire the right people, fast. No hand-holding. No waiting. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This isn't a generalist role, but it does require range. You're an experienced tech recruiter who's comfortable across different areas of the tech landscape, and can easily context switch. You'll partner directly with Engineering stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, sharpen briefs, and raise the bar on every search. You'll bring structure where it's missing, challenge assumptions that slow things down, and take ownership of projects that currently sit with leadership.
