Operating at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce, you will tackle novel legal questions, bring clarity to complex regulatory frameworks, and partner closely with business leaders to build compliant, high-growth healthcare experiences across Europe.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will be a central operational driver for our German and pan-European commercial, telehealth, and pharmacy strategy.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>You Will:</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Support German Operations:</strong> Serve as a key legal advisor on day-to-day matters across Germany advising on healthcare and pharmacy regulations, e-commerce compliance, digital health, and marketing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>First-Principles Problem Solving:</strong> Untangle complex, novel, or undefined regulatory challenges where traditional precedents don't exist. You will help build legal frameworks using first principles rather than off-the-shelf templates.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Deliver Actionable, Concise Advice:</strong> Cut through ambiguity and synthesise complex legal risks into clear, commercially pragmatic guidance. Your advice will be direct, risk-calibrated, and focused on business value.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Navigate Pharmacy & Healthcare Regs:</strong> Advise cross-functional teams on German, Dutch, and cross-European pharmacy regulations, telemedicine rules, prescribing workflows, healthcare compliance and privacy.
