GTM Engineer - Sales Operations CRM Management

<p style="min-height:1.5em">As the GTM Engineer - Sales Operations CRM Management (m/w/d), you will own the systems that run sales and marketing across PERGOLUX's global operations, with HubSpot as the single source of truth, Aircall and WhatsApp as the conversation layer, and the integrations that connect them to Shopify, Klaviyo and our data warehouse. You turn business problems into working configuration, automation and integrations across 11+ markets, and you make sure what you build is documented, adopted and measured. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you work daily with Sales Leads in each market, Sales Enablement, Data and Analytics, and the Marketing team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">PERGOLUX designs and sells premium, Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, from aluminium pergolas to garden furniture, direct to consumers. We are a company of around 300 people generating 9-figure revenue, operating across 8 markets and growing steadily across Europe and beyond.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Administer and evolve our multi-market HubSpot portal: objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, permissions and teams, plus workflows, lead routing, assignment rules and per-market task queues, while keeping data quality high through deduplication, property governance and regular audits.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Own Aircall configuration (numbers, IVRs, routing, ring groups, overflow per market) and the Aircall–HubSpot integration, so every call, recording, outcome and AI summary lands on the right record, and support call pick-up SLAs and Conversation Intelligence for coaching and quality programmes.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Configure and integrate WhatsApp and messaging platforms (Rasayel, Superchat) with HubSpot routing and reporting, and own the Shopify–HubSpot data flow for orders, payments and customers alongside integration partners.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Connect HubSpot with Klaviyo, Zendesk, GA4 and our Snowflake/Looker warehouse, and build lightweight automations using REST APIs, webhooks, custom code actions and iPaaS tools (Make, Zapier, n8n), including scoping and implementing new GTM and AI tooling with a clear business case.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Design the MQL to SQL handover with Marketing (lead scoring, routing, SLAs, attribution), map and document the end-to-end customer lifecycle, write clear SOPs, train Sales Leads, reps and outsourced partners, and manage change requests through a Jira backlog.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- 3–5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops or GTM engineering, with hands-on HubSpot admin experience in a multi-team or multi-market portal, including deep knowledge of the data model, workflows, lead routing, custom objects, permissions and reporting.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Practical experience configuring a cloud telephony tool (Aircall preferred) and its CRM integration, plus integration skills across REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and at least one iPaaS tool (Make, Zapier, n8n, Workato).</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Solid data skills: clean data modelling and confidence reconciling numbers across systems, with a track record of working with Marketing on lead management, scoring and attribution.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- The ability to translate messy business needs into simple, documented solutions, and to say no or "not yet" with a clear reason.
