<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your Mission:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">At VÆRIDION, we're building the Microliner, a fully electric aircraft, and the battery technology that powers it. To make that happen, we need great people, and as our Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), you'll play a key role in bringing them on board.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As part of our People &amp; Culture team, you'll own recruiting end to end for your positions and advise our hiring managers as a true partner. You'll make sure every candidate gets a process that is fast, honest, and personal. You'll also keep improving how we find and hire talent. Our goal is to ensure that every candidate leaves the process with a positive impression of VÆRIDION, regardless of the outcome.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your Day-to-Day:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from screening to offer and closing. </p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understand your hiring managers' requirements and advise them on recruiting, including relevant market insights, realistic timelines, and candidate availability. </p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and run sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, talent mapping, and networks, to reach passive candidates in competitive markets. </p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead complex and cross-functional hiring processes, and influence hiring decisions with structured interviews and data-driven recommendations.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Negotiate offers and close candidates.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain our ATS Ashby and keep data and reporting clean and reliable. </p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve our recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have a background in HR, business, psychology, or a related field.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have 3+ years of recruiting experience from first conversation to signed contract, ideally in a scaling company or a technical industry.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You can run a hiring process on your own, from screening to hire, and you are confident challenging hiring managers to drive better hiring decisions.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You find people who aren't looking.
